Tobias, Bettina and Josef Stangl bought the aparment house "Stefanie", which was built in the year 1996 and renamed "Landhaus Arberkristall".

2005 Second Extension

• additional bedrooms for the apartments "Rachel",  "Arber" and "Dreisessel"
• additional diningroom for the apartment "Dreisessel"
• new leisure area
• new fitness area
• extension wellness area
• new reception
• new storage room

2007 Third Extension

• excavated a pond area

2010 Fourth Extension

• established a own brewery
• layed a water pipe to the inn
• opened the inn for public
• opened the beergarden for public
